\nBUT! No one from Lithuanian HAM’s have no RIG and antennas for that band. So, over two months passed and we never have heard any signal from LY-land on 4 meters.
\nJanne, OH5LID, decided to improve the situation and undertook an expedition to Lithuania from 30th \u00a0of April to 5th of May. \u00a0His plans to visit KO06, KO23, KO24 and KO26. \nMy first QSO<\/strong> with LY\/OH5LID was on 30.04.2015 at 19:05 UTC, Mode CW, via Tropo.
\nThe distance between me and KO06WB is 391 km. But, surprising, his signal RST was up to 579, although\u00a0with a QSB. Any way, new DXCC and new grid on 4M band.
\nLet’s see, how events will develop further.
\n….Continue two days later.\u00a0I see, my first QSO was the last QSO…Lanne tried to find good for operation place in KO24, but it was impossible. Than he follows further on stopped at KO14XA. Nearly 590 km from me, so tropo in a present conditions was impossible. For a meteor scatter also bad distance. Thus, no more QSO with LY\/OH5LID… More over, Janne find out, that digital modes on 4 m band in Lithuania are illegal! \u00a0Unbelievable but true! Look like all QSO with LY\/OH5LID are invalid. Interesting to know, how many total QSO on CW or SSB Janne made during this trip…
