1A0C QSL card arrived

Long time waited QSL card for EME QSO with 1A0C arrived. At last!
I do not trust to OQRS any more! The QSO was made on 28.12.2014. Few days later I asked OQRS and paid 4 Euro, as 1A0C team requested. QSL manager IZ7KHR. Four month passed, but no QSL card! I asked some other EME-rs, did they got QSL? And answer was positive. They all got QSL cards from Frank, DL8YHR – he was EME operator during this expedition.  Frank promised to help me and two weeks later I received QSL card!! Without any extra payment from my side!
DXCC # 144 confirmed from 145 worked.

This is a second time, then I tried to get QSL-card via OQRS for EME QSO.
First time was EME expedition to Azerbaijan 4K/UT6UA. I have EME QSOs on 144 and 432 Mhz and payed 3+3 Euro (as was requested). Than 11  (eleven) month waiting! And only after long corresponding with UT6UA and extra payment (3 Euro) for registered mail, I’ve got this QSL card. Both band on the same card… Not good, but better this, than nothing. It was the most expensive QSL card I ever got!
UT6UA supposed, that first envelope was simply lost… May be… But no more playing with OQRS in a future! May be system is function, but not in my case. Several times I did not sent my QSL-cards with SAE+postage return fee, but simply paid some contribution by PayPal. And never have had problem with QSL cards.
