HB0 (Liechtenstein) confirmed on 70 cm EME

DXCC # 38 is confirmed on 70 cm EME. HB0/DM1CG QSL cards for EME QSOs on 144 and 432 Mhz was arrived on last weekend. HB0 on 2m was confirmed before by PA2CHR.
